We’re looking for a sharp, driven M&A Intern who’s ready to challenge the status quo.
What you'll do:
- Work on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, directly alongside the founding team
- Be involved in all deal phases: origination, execution, closing
- Build models, assess businesses, speak with entrepreneurs, advisors, funds, and banks
- Support the ongoing development of our proprietary platform, collaborating with developers through structured feedback and product intuition
- Bring your energy and insight into a fast-moving environment where every voice counts
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Basic analytical and modeling skills

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Growth Specialist who’s ready to help us scale and shape the Perpethua ecosystem.
What you'll do:
- Support the development of Perpethua’s ecosystem by activating and nurturing strategic partnerships
- Work on brand positioning, community growth, and awareness initiatives, both online and offline
- Help design and execute campaigns to reach entrepreneurs, investors and advisors
- Coordinate the production of high-quality content (interviews, stories, newsletters, podcast, social media, etc.)
- Work with the founding team to develop new growth channels, events, and outreach strategies
- Monitor key growth metrics and propose improvements based on data and insights
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, venture building, consulting or BD
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Strong execution mindset, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit
- A passion for storytelling, networking, and brand building
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge (or strong interest) in the world of M&A, SMEs or fintech
