Tobia is Equity Partner than Perpethua.
Born in Bassano del Grappa but based in Milan, he has matured more than 10 years of experience In the field Corporate Finance And in extraordinary financial transactions, working for large consulting firms and for emerging technology companies.
In particular, he started his career in Business Integration Partners, in practice CFO Service, where he had the opportunity to support C-Level in the sector Publishing and Telco&Media. He then consolidated his experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers taking care than M&A, Post-Merger Integration and Value Creation in various sectors, including Pharma, Energy, Manufacturing, Gaming and Infrastructure.
Tobia got a International MBA at the Collège des Ingenieurs and a master's degree in Management with honors from the University of Trento.

Pavlo Gjonikaj
Pavlo is Equity Partner than Perpethua, based in Milan. With more than 10 years of experience in operations of M&A, valuations and financial due diligence, advises Private Equity funds and Corporate in optimizing the value of their operations.
Before Perpethua, he spent six years at Deloitte, taking care of auditing services, valuation and business modelling, financial due diligence. He also held the role of CFO and Managing Director Presso SuperG, the exclusive Italian mountain club, leading its financial and corporate area.
Throughout his career he has followed projects in various sectors, including Automotive, Fashion, Retail, Pharma, industrialist and Food & Beverage.
Pavlo graduated in International Business and Economics And speak Italian and Albanian (mother tongue), Englishman (advanced) and Frenchman (elementary).

Civil engineer, Giuseppe Recchi boasts more than 30 years of experience in leading and transforming multinationals in the infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, healthcare and finance sectors.
It was CEO of Affidea Group, European leader in medical diagnostics, where it completed a turnaround doubling its EBITDA and achieving more than 30 acquisitions international. He has previously held top roles such as Executive Chairman of Telecom Italia, Chairman of the Board of Eni and CEO of GE South Europe, gaining solid international experience in M&A and in business development.
He has been part of the boards of leading companies and institutions and has been awarded the title of Knight of Labor.

Luca is Equity Partner of the team Transaction Services by Deloitte in Italy. He worked for more than twenty years on positions of acquisition and vendor due diligence, operating on numerous transactions in Italy, the United Kingdom and other European countries. Luca has developed a strong experience in Transaction services having worked both with the main funds of Private Equity that with Corporate, in important domestic and international transactions in different sectors (manufacturing, business services, energy, etc.).
Luca has also worked in the office of Deloitte UK for about 2 years and is a chartered accountant.

Freelancer since 2009 and Of Counsel at EY Tax & Legal, actively collaborates with Confindustria and with theOrder of Chartered Accountants on tax and business issues.
Adjunct professor at the University of Turin since 2005, is the author of publications, has written articles for Il Sole 24 Ore and co-signed reference texts on tax and accounting matters.

Since 2014 he has led Cantiere del Pardo, a historic Italian boating reality, playing the role of CEOS and accompanying the company in a phase of strong growth and relaunch at an international level. Under his leadership, the shipyard has expanded its offer, strengthened its brand and consolidated its presence in foreign markets, also through the support of private equity funds.
Today he plays the role of partner and member of the Board of Directors than Cantiere del Pardo S.p.A., is Vice President of Confindustria Nautica and is active as an independent advisor, supporting entrepreneurs and investors with an approach oriented to sustainable growth, governance and the enhancement of Italian industrial excellence.
