Tobia Piovesan
Tobia is an Equity Partner at Perpethua.
Born in Bassano del Grappa and based in Milan, he has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance and extraordinary finance operations, working for major consulting firms and emerging tech companies.
He began his career at Business Integration Partners, in the CFO Service practice, where he supported C-level executives in the Publishing and Telco & Media sectors. He further built his experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on M&A, Post-Merger Integration, and Value Creation across several sectors including Pharma, Energy, Manufacturing, Gaming, and Infrastructure.
Tobia holds an international MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and a master’s degree in Management with honours from the University of Trento.
He speaks Italian, English, and French.
Pavlo Gjonikaj
Pavlo Gjonikaj
Pavlo is an Equity Partner at Perpethua, based in Milan. With over 10 years of experience in M&A transactions, valuations, and financial due diligence, he assists Private Equity funds and Corporates in optimising the value of their deals.
Before joining Perpethua, he spent six years at Deloitte, handling audit services, valuations, business modelling, and financial due diligence. He also served as CFO and Managing Director at SuperG, an exclusive Italian mountain club, leading its financial and corporate operations.
Throughout his career, he has worked on projects in sectors such as automotive, fashion, retail, pharma, industrials, and food & beverage.
Pavlo holds a degree in International Business and Economics. He speaks Italian and Albanian (native), English (advanced), and French (basic).

Giuseppe Recchi
Civil engineer Giuseppe Recchi has over 30 years of experience in leading and transforming multinational companies in infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, and finance.
He was CEO of Affidea Group, a European leader in medical diagnostics, where he led a turnaround, doubling EBITDA and completing over 30 international acquisitions. Previously, he held senior positions such as Executive Chairman of Telecom Italia, Chairman of Eni, and CEO of GE South Europe, gaining strong international experience in M&A and business development.
He has served on the boards of leading companies and institutions and was awarded the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro (Order of Merit for Labour).

Luca is an Equity Partner of Deloitte Italy’s Transaction Services team. He has worked for over twenty years on acquisition and vendor due diligence engagements, participating in numerous transactions in Italy, the UK, and other European countries. Luca has developed strong expertise in Transaction Services, having worked with major private equity funds and corporates on significant domestic and international deals across sectors such as manufacturing, business services, energy, etc.
Luca also worked at Deloitte UK for about 2 years and is a certified chartered accountant.

Dottore commercialista e tributarista con oltre 35 anni di esperienza nei settori fiscale e societario, ha sviluppato la propria carriera all’interno di primarie realtà industriali e finanziarie, in particolare IFI (oggi EXOR), ricoprendo ruoli di responsabilità nella fiscalità nazionale e internazionale, nelle ristrutturazioni societarie e nella consulenza a gruppi multinazionali.
Chartered accountant and tax advisor with over 35 years of experience in tax and corporate matters, he built his career in major industrial and financial groups, especially IFI (now EXOR), holding key roles in national and international taxation, corporate restructuring, and advising multinational groups.
A freelancer since 2009 and Of Counsel at EY Tax & Legal, he actively collaborates with Confindustria and the Italian Chartered Accountants Association on tax and business-related topics. Adjunct professor at the University of Turin since 2005, he is an author of publications, has written for Il Sole 24 Ore, and co-authored key texts on tax and accounting matters.

Fabio Planamente
Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the nautical and industrial sectors, he has held leadership roles in prominent companies within the Italian manufacturing landscape. Since 2014, he has led Cantiere del Pardo, a historic Italian yacht company, serving as CEO and guiding it through a period of strong growth and international revitalisation. Under his leadership, the shipyard expanded its offerings, strengthened its brand, and consolidated its presence in foreign markets, also through the support of private equity funds.
Today, he is a partner and board member of Cantiere del Pardo S.p.A., Vice President of Confindustria Nautica, and works as an independent advisor, supporting entrepreneurs and investors with a focus on sustainable growth, governance, and the enhancement of Italian industrial excellence.
